These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Stageflow website https://stageflow.io/app/properties, the (“App”)or the (“Website”) together with the chosen payment plan which describe the (“Services”) set out, form the entire agreement between Stageflow and you the client.

Stageflow is a trading name of Lemon and Lime Homes Ltd. Company registration number 9570684. Registered address is St Helens House, Kings Street, Derby, DE1 3EE.

Before procuring the Services you should read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing and using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, you should not use the Website or the Service.

If you are using the Website or Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these terms on the organisations behalf and such organisation agrees to indemnify you and us for violation of these terms.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time at our own discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. We therefore recommend that you check the terms and conditions frequently when actively subscribing to the Website.


Stageflow is committed to transparency, ensuring that your privacy is protected and that your data is used and retained fairly, transparently and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) in force from 25th May 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on the Website to read this.

Your account

We require you to register and create an account in order to use the Service. To create an account, you must complete an online registration form choosing a user ID and password. You are responsible for all information that you upload to the App.

Payment & Billing Terms

The charges for the Services are set out on Stageflow website. We reserve the right to change the quoted price at any time.

Payments can only be made by bank payment. All payments are made through our third party payment processor Stripe who manage all financial transactions. www.stripe.com.

We do not store any payment details, including credit card details. These details are stored with our third party payment processor in conformance with their policy.

We typically invoice in advance on a recurring monthly basis for our Service. Within the account section of the app you can download the invoices relating to the monthly payments.

All Services are prepaid and are non-refundable.

Should Stageflow have to instruct a debt recovery agency, or instigate legal proceedings, the client will be liable for any costs so incurred.

Cancellation and Termination Policy

The client has the right to cancel the contract with us at any time if they decide they no longer wish to use the Services.

Cancellations must be completed within the Stageflow app, following the cancellation procedure under ‘Account’ section.

We reserve the right, without notice, in our sole discretion to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time resulting in you no longer having access to the content that is stored within the App.

Following the termination, you may request access to your content, which we will make available, providing you make a request to us in writing within 14 days following termination.

Service Updates

We reserve the right to make necessary updates, changes or enhancements to the functionality, feature and service at any time.


Stageflow shall have no liability to the client for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from or in connection with the Website.

To enable Stageflow to deal with any complaint that may arise relating to the Services, the client must provide full details of any complaint within 7 days of the supply of the relevant Services.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects any liability for death or personal injury caused by Stageflow’s negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or the client’s statutory rights as a consumer.


The copyright, design right and all other intellectual property rights in any materials and other documents or items prepared or produced for the client by or on behalf of Stageflow in connection with the Service shall belong to Stageflow absolutely and any such materials, documents or items shall be or remain the sole property of Stageflow.

The client shall be entitled to use any such materials, documents or other items which are supplied by Stageflow in connection with the services but shall not be entitled to copy any such items or use them for any commercial purpose.


Stageflow may assign or sub-contract the contract if this is necessary for operational reasons or in connection with a business transfer or reorganisation. Otherwise, the contract is not transferable by either party.

Nothing in this contract gives any right to any third party to enforce any provision under the contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

These terms and conditions and the Services will be subject to English law, and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising.

Acceptance of these terms are given when the client proceeds with the subscription to the App and payment is received by Stageflow.
