All data input is stored under the Microsoft Azure Cloud which is maintained by our third party data processor Magnifica Technologies Ltd in conformance with their privacy policy. The app is served over a secure connection https/SSL.
Stageflow does not sell your personal data or other information to any third-party.
Stageflow will retain personal information for the duration of the transaction with our service. When closing an account, all user account data will be removed within 1 month of closure. Property data which has been input into our app will not be removed on cancellation of the service, but there will be no link to any user account data.
We will never share individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your subscription to our service.
The Stageflow tool relies on live data to produce reports which track the impact of home staging services. A user enters anonymised client data into Stageflow solely for purposes relating to the output reports. Individual user data can only be accessed by the user responsible for the data except for administration purposes.
We require you to register and create an account in order to use the service. To create an account, you must complete an online registration form choosing a user ID and password. You are responsible for all information that you upload to the app.
All payments are handled and processed for any user of the app by our third party payment processor. You authorise our payment processor, Stripe, to charge you for the service using your payment method. We do not store and payment details, including credit card details. These details are stored with our third party payment processor in conformance with their policy.
We typically invoice monthly for our service. Within the account section of the app you can download the invoices relating to the monthly payments.
All services are prepaid and are non-refundable.
While we take reasonable measures to safeguard your content in the cloud, you are solely responsible for maintaining a backup of data in a different location should there be any issues with loss or destruction of your data stored using our app.
We cannot control the security of the platform you choose to operate the app on. For example computer, mobile app or tablet and we do not have control over any unauthorized access to these devices without consent.
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.
